Kick-off for the 700th Anniversary of Lake San Cristobal: May 30-June 2. Showcasing historical Lake City and Lake San Cristobal – Colorado’s second largest natural lake

May 30. Astronomy program at Windy Point. “Water Constellations of the Night Sky” with Phil Virden. Open to everyone, 8-10pm. Free.

May 31. Special feature at Mountaineer Theatre

June 1. Lake San Cristobal 5k/10k Race. One of the most scenic courses anywhere, the Lake San Cristobal 5k/10k race winds its way from Lake San Cristobal into the historic mountain town of Lake City, Colorado. More info at www.lsc10k.com

June 2. Boat Tour at Lake San Cristobal with Camille Richard. Meet at boat dock on Lake San Cristobal by 10am.
